このように現実的なメリットで考えると、会社が社員の副業を認めるのはいいことばかりで、マイナス面が思いつかないくらいだ。少なくとも、社員の側が副業を希望しているならば、会社がそれを拒否する理由はぜんぜんなさそうに思う。

それなのになぜ、この動きがひろがらないのか。その理由はおそらく、日本の会社というものが、いまだに「運命共同体」だからだと思う。「運命共同体」、つまり運命をともにする共同体だから、その一員であるかどうか、メンバーであるかどうかは、０（ゼロ）か１（イチ）かの二者択一なのだ。よって、起業や副業をして、半分だけメンバーになるような中途半端さ、「抜け駆け」みたいなことは、許されないのだろう。

社員の副業はどんどん認めたほうがいい
